Hi, I’m Egor, startup CTO and Technology Advisor.

I help early stage startups and companies build data-centric and customer-focused products with latest cloud technology.

Ever since I co-found my own startup in late 2014, I was working closely with early stage startups as early engineer, Mentor, Advisor and Technology Leader (CTO/VP/Director). I met startups at Accelerators and Incubators, VC introductions and through Due Diligence support.

I learned a lot.

One of the biggest things I learned is how critical technology is for modern startups and that 60% of startups failures are related to technology and development.

You should OWN your technology, not technology own YOU.

Throughout my journey I’ve seen startups through all kind of challenges - engineers know how to code but struggle to build a viable product, complex systems too heavy to sail, offshore teams with poor expertise and visibility, missing connection between customers needs and product, teams slow to adjust, adapt or even pivot, and my favorite - company who sits on data but still missing out on data-driven decisions.
